We're Hiring!
Position: HR Admin Recruitment Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8 - 15 Years
CTC: 4.5 - 4.8 LPA
Age Bracket: 35 - 45 Years

What You'll Do:

Coordinate with department heads across multiple functions (Tech, Sales, Ops, HR, etc.)
Proactively question delays, clarify hiring needs, and push for updates
Track hiring status, TATs, and manpower requirements
Maintain hiring dashboards and submission reports
Escalate unresolved gaps and ensure closure of open positions
Support onboarding logistics and internal handovers

Who We're Looking For:

8-15 yrs in Recruitment Operations / HR Coordination
Strong in stakeholder follow-ups and cross-functional communication
Assertive, process-oriented, and accountable
Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools
Comfortable interacting with senior leadership across departments
