Job Description

Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates from making the best use of online job portals like dice, monster, Naukri etc.
Posting the profiles of the candidates on the online portals like dice, monster, google, twitter, etc.
Must be target oriented.
Maintaining and building relationships with the vendors/clients.
Following up with the clients and the consultants regarding the recruitment process.
Arranging interviews with the clients with the consultants on bench
Responsible for handling the requirements of the clients on technical grounds.
