2 to 3 years of experience in US Recruitment , should understand US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process. Well versed with job boards and recruiting tools.
Strong experience in tax terms (W2, C2C & 1099), negotiations along with market trends.
Ability to understand company's value proposition as required to differentiate company when recruiting candidates.
Must be able to effectively negotiate compensation and contractual terms with candidates and Vendors.
Passion to succeed in staffing industry with excellent communication verbal and written skills.
