Job Description

The Financial Services platform handles debt and structured finance transactions in the wholesale real estate space. This position would be assisting the Associate Vice President - Legal in directly handling debt transactions and structuring work. The Role Requires Providing Detailed Legal Support In Assisting with the conclusion of structured debt transaction - providing legal inputs, assisting with documentation and negotiation, closing of all legal actionable points and subsequent deal management until transaction closure Assisting with deal structuring in terms of downselling, novation, senior-junior lending structures and ARC sales Support interactions and coordination with external firms/counsels, formulating strategies, etc. The role will also include advising the internal stakeholder on its statutory obligations while keeping in mind the interests of the company and interacting with internal stakeholders for processes. Requirement The candidate should have a good. academic track record The candidate should have exposure to transactions, documentation and document negotiation, experience in banking and finance transactions is preferred The candidate should have assisted with/drafted lending documents The candidate should have proficient communication skills The candidate should have the ability to work under high pressure situations and work simultaneously on multiple matters together; and The candidate should be able to work well with different stakeholders.
