Job Description
- Proficiency in coding with Python, Go, and Shell scripting
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- In-depth knowledge of basic cloud architectures, specifically on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience in performance testing and engineering, including familiarity with various performance testing tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
You will be mining through these tasks
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive Performance Test Plans for complex systems and applications
- Conduct thorough analysis of system/application resource usage under various test conditions and provide detailed documentation and explanations for stakeholders
- Develop advanced performance scripts and build sophisticated mock services required for service or infrastructure level testing using Python or Go
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive reliability matrix for various services and infrastructure components, along with setting up alerting and monitoring systems
- Proactively identify and resolve memory leaks, connection issues, and bottlenecks in applications, including debugging and troubleshooting
- Generate detailed performance graphs, session reports, and other related documentation for validation, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members (SDET1) and provide guidance in developing their skills and understanding of performance engineering

- Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment
- Understanding of the fintech domain and related technologies
- Familiarity with additional performance monitoring and logging tools
- Proven track record of leading performance engineering projects and initiatives
