Job Description

Provide direct patient care - implement patient care plan as per doctor's recommendation; monitor & record vital parameters

Monitor, record & report any symptoms / changes in the patient condition to the doctors

Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control protocol, medication administration and storage procedure; and during emergencies

Accompany the doctor on rounds:- provides update on patient condition and helps in clinical procedures.

Document patient care services by charting in-patient & department records

Maintain continuity of patient care through documentation & communication during shift change
