Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Analyst to join our data and business intelligence teams. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions

• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements

• Identify trends and actionable insights from datasets

• Support senior analysts in research and project execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
