We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated professional with strong proficiency in Python, to join our team as a SW Architect for Zuul Gating Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the architecture, solution design, and end-to-end development of Zuul-based CI/CD gating systems across projects and teams. You should have hands-on experience with Ansible, Linux system administration, and scripting languages such as Bash. The role demands deep understanding and seamless integration of Zuul with tools like Gerrit, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and artifact repositories.
You have:
Graduate or Postgraduate in engineering stream with 8 plus years of experience in R&D, proficient in Python along with experience in Ansible, Linux system administration, and scripting languages such as Bash.
Proficiency in Ansible, Linux administration, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
Responsible for architecture, solution design and development of end-to-end Zuul gating solutions across projects and teams.
Proficiency in Ansible, Linux administration, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
Ensure seamless integration of Zuul with systems such as Gerrit, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and artifact repositories
Mentor and guide junior developers on Zuul tool architecture, development of features and in deployment topics like job creation, pipeline design, and CI/CD best practices
Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new features or extensions within the Zuul ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align gating architecture with broader DevOps and delivery goals.
Experience working on with Git technology and understanding of Git branching strategies.
Desirable to have exposure to AI/ML algorithms.
