Job Description
- This role involves providing expert support for Fixed Networks SDN applications deployed in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- You will troubleshoot complex issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, mentor team members, and participate in on-call rotations.
- This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud platforms and gain hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments.
You have:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream with 8+ years of total experience, including 5+ years of experience in cloud and related domains.
- Expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms, with the ability to write and develop scripts in cloud environments.
- Understanding of OpenShift and deploying applications in OpenShift, with the ability to effectively monitor, manage, and troubleshoot OpenShift and deployed applications.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and debugging issues within the platform.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud concepts and effective troubleshooting techniques.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Red Hat OpenShift certification and cloud certifications.
- Understanding of installing complex products on cloud Kubernetes platforms.
- Experience in debugging product issues deployed in cloud platforms.
- Provide expert support for Fixed Networks SDN applications deployed in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to OpenShift, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
- You will mentor and upskill team members in cloud technologies and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 customer support.
- Deepen your expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP and Azure.
- Gain hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes deployments.
- Develop advanced troubleshooting skills for cloud-based applications.
- Enhance your leadership and mentoring abilities.
