Responsible for answering/participating customer RFI/RFQ, able to provide inputs/effort estimation with detailed task planning, customer queries related to hardware question.
Able to resolve plant issues for hardware related problems, as and when required.
Component selection, BOM, and Cost Optimization.
INTEVA process compliance for the hardware team.
Compliance in ISO 26262 functional safety hardware engineering.
Support Innovation and Continues Improvement of INTEVA ECU portfolio.
Work, support with other project development teams (Software/Systems/etc.).
Review ECU manufacturing processes and functional test plan, etc.
Mandatory Skills
Experience in schematic design, layout, simulation and technical documentation
Field failure root cause analysis and resolution(Electromechanical/Discrete Analog), DFMEA.
Knowledge/Exposure to 8bit/16bit/32bit micro controllers
Design experience with OPAMP, MOSFETs, power DC/DC converter and PWM Driver
Full product validation with EMI EMC, ESD, AC voltage; surge testing and reports were prepared for the same.
Experience in EMI/EMC filter design, DV/PV (EMI/EMC) test plan creation, testing and result evaluation
Tools Skills
Altium, Math CAD, LT Spice
Additional Skills
Hands on LIN, SPI, I2C and UART protocol KWP 2000, UDS Diagnostics
Experience in ISO26262 based automotive design
