About Company:-

CrystalVoxx Ltd, a KPO providing end to end service in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Credentialing, Medical Coding, Medical Transcription, Virtual Assistance to doctors / providers in US Healthcare Industry.

Job Description:

• Location:- Ahmedabad
• Shift:- Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
• Working Days:- Monday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:

• IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on VMware.
• Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery solutions.
• Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix. System documentation
• Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
• Advanced Desktop Troubleshooting
• Office 365 administration and Microsoft Exchange 2013 and higher administration
• Windows Server Management and administration

Required Key skills:

• Thorough Knowledge about firewall & security
• Excellent in English Communication
• MS Office, Internet
• Interpersonal and query resolution skills
