OPT Recruiters (US IT STAFFING) ***NIGHT SHIFT***

Baanyan Software Services, Inc., a multinational IT Staffing and Software development company headquartered in Edison, NJ, USA, with three offices in India located in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Visakhapatnam, and Noida, is actively seeking qualified OPT Recruiters with a specialization in US Staffing. Dynamic and motivated professionals are invited to consider joining one of the locations in India. Please submit your latest resume for a walk-in interview planned for the middle of January. Qualifications:

• Looking for a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven expertise in US OPT hiring, adept at securing experienced resources.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
• Proficient in using job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and various social media platforms.
• Conduct negotiations on compensation package, evaluating relevant experience, education, skills, and qualifications to determine pay rates and relocation benefits for consultants.
• Advertise positions for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT training and W-2 hiring.
