Overview The Field Sales Trainee plays a critical role in learning and mastering the skills necessary for successful sales in the organization. This position is vital for developing a pipeline of talented sales professionals who can drive revenue growth and foster strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Participate in training programs to learn about the company's products, sales techniques, and industry knowledge Shadow and assist senior sales representatives in the field to gain practical experience and understanding of sales processes Learn to identify and qualify leads, and engage in prospecting activities to build a customer base Assist in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients Engage in cold calling and networking to expand the customer base and promote the company's offerings Assist in preparing sales contracts and negotiating terms with customers under the guidance of senior sales professionals Collaborate with the. sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate sales records and reports Participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to track progress and identify areas for improvement Support sales and marketing campaigns to promote products and achieve sales targets Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Graduate ,related field Prior experience in customer service, retail, or direct sales is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new information and processes Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel and work in various locations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets or quotas Strong organizational and time management skills Keen attention to detail and accuracy in sales documentation Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Positive attitude and strong work ethic Skills: communication,sales techniques,negotiation,customer service,sales strategies,field sales,graduate trainee,sales and business development
