Key Responsibilities:
Source and connect with high-caliber candidates for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps professionals, etc.)
Manage end-to-end recruitmentfrom job postings and screening to interviews and offer rollouts
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and recruitment strategies
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring processWhat Were Looking For:
01 year of experience in technical recruitment (experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and genuine interest in the tech domain
