Job Description

Job duties / Role:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide QA solution expertise.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.
• Analyse client requirements and propose appropriate QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical documentation.
• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs with detailed QA solution proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, QA tools, and best practices.
• Support transition from presales to delivery by ensuring knowledge transfer and alignment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their testing needs and business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies.
• Lead test automation initiatives and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct assessments of existing QA processes and suggest improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship to client teams on testing best practices.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in software testing, including test automation, QA consulting and presales solutioning
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Shift-left, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JIRA, Jenkins, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliverables.
