Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 10+ years
Job Type: Full-time ( Onsite )
Shift Timmings : 2 PM IST TO 11 PM IST
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in IT project management to lead and coordinate technology projects for global clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering complex IT projects, preferably in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Experience working with large Indian MNCs and handling US-based client engagements with offshore development teams in India is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects across cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients and ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables in a structured and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with India-based development teams and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress using Agile metrics and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Ensure high standards of project governance, documentation, and quality control.
- Identify and manage risks proactively and implement mitigation plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management with at least 5 years in Agile environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with offshore development teams.
- Experience working in or with large Indian MNCs.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and relationships, especially with US-based clients.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.Development background is a strong plus.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI/ML projects or familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and delivery models.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-native application development.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
