Hiring for Team Leader at Whitefield Location

Designation: Team leader (Operations)

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Experience: Min 1 yr of Experience in to Team Handling

Salary: Up to 28k TH + Incentives

Languages Known: Excellent English

Shift: Day Rotational shift

Working days & Weeks Offs: 5.5 days working, Sunday fixed off

Roles & Responsibilities

The team is a unit which handles valuable customers.Team Leader is responsible to lead a team of 15-16 DSOs under him to over deliver on Business goals. This unit is responsible for the entire life cycle management of these customers starting from bringing them into the fold of Relationship Management, provide regular servicing/resolution of queries and issues and also cross sell of other products as per customer need thru Digital Channels.

• Client outreach- Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationships, including product, portfolio and banking needs.
• Relationship Management- To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals.
• Revenue Targets- Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross sales generating Fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liabilities .
• Manage attrition and shrinkage.
