*Notice period: Immediate
*CTC:
Graduate+Fresher(31k CTC)
6 months exp candidate(33k CTC)
1-2yrs exp candidate( 36K CTC)
2+years exp candidate(40k CTC)
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED.
For Training, you have to report to office and after that, its Work from home job or Hybrid.
Candidate should be from Delhi & Gurugram
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in an International BPO environment (preferably).
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on international voice process projects involving customer support services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities.
