Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, hypermarkets, and supermarkets. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and track the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns. Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences. Provide product knowledge training to store staff and ensure optimal product placement. Compile and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for. growth. Represent Agrinee Naturals at industry events and exhibitions whenever required. Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales within the food industry. Enthusiastic, results-oriented, and self-motivated. Knowledge of millets and familiarity with fast-moving food products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
