Job Description

: Produces new process improvement techniques and services. Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. Measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls . Manages the operation of the organization's total quality management (TQM) program Oversees the development of Lean Six Sigma for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs Conduct LSS and activities in Operations floor and mentor GBs, YBs and facilitates while working collaboratively with management. Continually demonstrate a working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Tools Coordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the areas goals. Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts through Six Sigma Methodology Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities. Demonstrate the Companys Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions To develop and implement a metric based process to review performance across all processes Provides coaching and mentoring to ensure effective completion of Green Belt projects and promote a Lean Six Sigma culture. To conduct Action Work-outs and permeating the knowledge of lean tools in the organization. Execute and lead key projects delivering tangible results for the business, also aligning GBs on key Organizational priorities Effective Team management / Stake Holder management Good Change Management player Great presentation skills, key leaders to lead the change and adopt the change, drive change in the team Great presentation skills, key leaders to lead the change and adopt the change, drive change in the team Strong understanding in LSS Methodology, Project Management and familiar to software like Minitab, Tableau, MS Office Drive LSS Culture and Process Excellence culture within team and across stakeholder teams effectively. Work as a Solution provider for team and stakeholder team members.
