Job Description
Job duties / Role:
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across teams and projects.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve test automation efficiency.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers in automation practices and framework usage.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality automation code.
- Analyse test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and reporting metrics are in place.
