Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.

Screen the resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Support on boarding process and ensure smooth transition for new hires.

2+ years experience end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
