Roles and Responsibilities

         The position of NPI Engineer (Power Electronics) is for highly motivated individuals to be a part of the Research and Development team which is engaged in the design, development, and validation of power electronics for high Wattage SMPS (300W-8KW).

         Determines the best techniques, procedures, and/or theories as they apply to the development of products and systems.

         Should have sound knowledge of Component derating & Stress tests i.e. (Thermal test/PLT/HALT/Environmental Test/Hipot Test).

         Acts as the technical lead for troubleshooting and testing issues on a range of power electronics products.

         Failure Analysis & Corrective Actions.

         Prepares and coordinates the release of documentation to support component design and manufacturing.

         Works with other engineers, designers, and technicians on specific work assignments.

         Forecasts and schedules work activities and define processes for repetitive tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

         .Should have experience in handling Electronic Loads, Power Sources, ICT, Oscilloscopes, and ATS.

         B.E./B.Tech. in electronic/electrical engineering with 3-10 years of work experience in the design, development, and validation of power electronics.

         Basic Knowledge of Computer (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
