Position Overview Are you an experienced Marketing Executive with a passion for technology and innovation Kody Technolab is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be a key player in crafting and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand's online presence and drive business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing Analyze marketing metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations . Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt strategies accordingly Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including the website and social media profiles Organize and coordinate promotional events and participate in industry-related activities Build and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets Stay informed about emerging technologies and marketing trends, and implement innovative approaches to marketing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a technology-related industry Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and social media management Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and the ability to develop and execute out-of-the-box marketing campaigns Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines A track record of successfully planning and executing marketing strategies Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work
