Your key responsibilities:
Act as the central communication point for Design, Maintain and Communicate the service support plans in IT Team
Communicate the business impact of major incidents and prioritize based on business impact to the client
Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications and infrastructure to determine requirements
Configure and solve - DHCP, DNS, various network devices and services
This is a hands-on role where significant participation and escalated support activities are expected including highly technical problem solving and Supporting day-day operations of Server environment
Which includes proactive monitoring and management of the systems and utilize available monitoring tools
Escalate Issues to software vendor specific for Technical Support
To ensure success as a desktop support engineer, you should have extensive knowledge of home and office systems, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal skills
