Job Description

Responsibilities

To assist the project manager in the civil works at site.
Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings.
To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site.
Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.
Experience in Execution of Institutional buildings and International Quality Infrastructure.
Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractors work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies.
Knowledge of MS Projects, Computerized Project Planning Techniques and modern construction practices.

Requirements

B. Tech/B.E (Civil) + NICMAR preferred.
15- 20 years of experience in Residential Projects
