Job Description
Role: DevOps Lead
Locations: Bangalore | Pune | Delhi NCR
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
We are looking for an experienced and motivated DevOps Lead to join our high-performing engineering team, driving the development of next-generation cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Role Overview
As a DevOps Lead, you will play a critical role in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure. Youll lead by example and collaborate across teams to ensure DevOps best practices are consistently applied in our cloud-native environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Provide deep technical expertise in GCP services including Compute, IAM, VPC, GKE, Cloud Functions, and others.
- Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Spinnaker.
- Drive container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE preferred).
- Implement automated configuration management with Ansible
- Lead monitoring and observability initiatives using Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver, and ELK Stack
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with a minimum of 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud architecture, and CI/CD practices
- Demonstrated leadership in DevOps strategy and delivery within agile teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
