Job Title: UAT Functional Tester LMS FIN ONE Application

Job Description
We are looking for a UAT Functional Tester with 2 to 3 years of experience, specifically in testing Loan Management Systems, with hands-on exposure to the FIN ONE application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the loan lifecycle and experience collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute UAT scenarios based on business requirements and process workflows.
- Validate functionalities of the Loan Management System (LMS), with a specific focus on the FIN ONE application.
- Identify, document, and track functional issues, bugs, and inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain UAT sign-offs.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to verify and retest fixes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and logs.
- Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on system performance from an end-user perspective.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in functional testing, preferably within the banking or NBFC domain.
- Mandatory experience with FIN ONE Loan Management System (LMS).
- Solid understanding of the loan lifecycle, including disbursements, repayment schedules, interest calculations, and delinquency management.
- Proven experience in UAT testing: creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting outcomes.
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
Good to Have
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
