Job Description
(A) Measurement of Product Quality and compliances1. Process Audit of our Company Product.
2. Ensuring reduction in quality complaints by effective handling and coordination with Marketing and Production Department.
3. Quality check of all incoming raw material to ensure required specification.
4. Benchmarking of all specification with respect to quality standards in coordination with Marketing and Production.
5. To coordinate and assist Production Department by allotting multi task to the shift Quality Supervisors.
6. Management Representative for ISO 9001.
7. To take timely corrective actions in order to minimize targeted reductions.
8. Ensuring total compliance related to ISO Certification.
9. Coordination and timely implementation of suggestions from Quality Consultant.
10. Coordination, Implementation and total compliance for customers Audit in order to fulfill their requirements.
11. Planning and carrying out internal Quality Audit.
12. To generate effective Management Information Services (MIS) such as CAPA customer complaints, Quarterly MRM minutes, Yearly quality objective finalization, in the company.
(B) Testing & Quality operations
1. Periodic Calibration and testing of all the Testing Equipments / Instruments departmentally or by arranging Outside Agencies.
2. To coordinate and liaison with customer for meeting their Standard Requirements.
(C) Resources Management
1. Identification and implementation of training need of employees by arranging Training Facilitator.
(D) Training & Development
1. To arrange / provide Technical and Behavioral Training to the employees working under.
2. To arrange and provide Safety Training and compliance of safe practices in the plant to ensure accident free environment.
(E) People and performance
1. To address personal and IR related issues in consultation with HR section.
2. To generate and maintain harmonious relations among employees to reduce attrition.
(F) Safety & House keeping
1. To ensure safe operations in the factory by strictly enforcing safety measures during Operation and Maintenance.
2. To ensure and maintain all Safety Standards in the plant.
3. Ensure good housekeeping in the Factory.
(G) Development & Innovation
1. Suggesting and total implementation of Quality Improvement Projects.
2. Associating with production department for Production Improvements Projects.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning for the implementation of IMS system (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001)
- Planning for the implement of ISO 26000. ( Corporate Social Responsibility)
