Role Purpose

At HCLSoftware, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team. You will play a critical role in the success of our software product by shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting powerful messaging, and driving adoption among enterprise customers. This is an individual contributor role that blends strategic thinking with execution excellence, ideal for someone with a strong background in enterprise software, B2B SaaS.

As a PMM at HCLSoftware, youll be the voice of the customer and the market, helping us stay ahead of trends and ensuring our products win in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Own and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and growth campaigns.
  • Define audience segments, buyer personas, and value propositions in collaboration with product and sales teams.

2. Messaging & Positioning

  • Develop differentiated messaging frameworks tailored for key personas and verticals.
  • Create compelling product narratives that clearly articulate customer value and business impact.

3. Campaign Development

  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels.
  • Collaborate with branding, demand generation, and field marketing teams to support pipeline growth and customer engagement.

4. Sales Enablement

  • Equip the sales team with enablement tools: pitch decks, product sheets, competitive battlecards, use cases, objection handlers, and ROI calculators.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure message alignment and consistent product storytelling.
  • Identify and nurture customer champions to create case studies, testimonials, and video stories.
  • Collaborate with customer success and product teams to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

5. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product direction and GTM decisions.
  • Be the internal expert on market trends, customer pain points, and industry benchmarks.

6. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the bridge between product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
  • Influence the product roadmap by relaying market feedback and customer insights to product management.

What Youll Bring

  • 46 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or related functions in the enterprise software or SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and GTM strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, complex sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical thinker who can use data to drive strategy, decisions, and insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience or knowledge in the aftermarket domain is considered a strong plus.
  • Experience working with global teams and navigating enterprise customer ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo and Tableau is desirable.
