Ruby on Rails Developer - Web Applications @ Truhome Finance Ltd

Job Description

Must Have 2 - 4 Yrs of Experience in building scalable cloud based web applications on Ruby On Rails Framework. Extensive experience with Rails Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts and Design Patterns Experience with MongoDB , SQL or comparable relational database systems. Proficiency in building data visualizations and Hands on with behavior-driven development with RSpec. Hands-on experience with JavaScript based UI frameworks like JQuery, AngularJS, React would be a plus. Good front-end knowledge including HTML5, CSS. Uses Git for source code management. Knowledge and use of RESTful coding. Continuous Deployment - Writing new application features so they can be deployed with zero downtime. Strong ability to articulate architectures and problem statements. Good To Have Working Knowledge on any one of Cloud Platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google. Knowledge of handling and management of load-balancing and high availability systems and data replications across multiple data-centres Experience working with ElasticSearch, Logstash and Kibana Experience with any Graph Database like Neo4J Experience working with Docker container , Kubernetes Plus Points Prior experience working in a fast paced startup environment Domain knowledge in the financial/data space Any external, relevant certifications Hands on knowledge of deployment and monitoring tools (ref:hirist.tech),
