Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our voice process team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally

Resolve queries and complaints

Update records accurately

Follow scripts and SOPs

Meet performance targets

Requirements:

Good communication in English/Hindi

Basic computer skills

Calm, problem-solving approach

Willingness to work in shifts

10+2 or Graduate; Freshers welcome
