Teleperformance is hiring for International voice process.(Hybrid Job).

*Working days* : 05 days

*Location* : Malad, Mumbai

*Shift* : Rotational shifts 24x7

*Qualifications* : Graduate_Fresher/ Undergrad_Experienced can apply.

*Notice period: Immediate

*CTC:

Graduate+Fresher(31k CTC)

6 months exp candidate(33k CTC)

1-2yrs exp candidate( 36K CTC)

2+years exp candidate(40k CTC)

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED.

For Training, you have to report to office and after that, its Work from home job or Hybrid.

Candidate should be from Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handling customer's inquiries, feedback, and issues through phone, email and live voice channels.

* Using analytical thinking to diagnose issues and find solutions to satisfy customers

* Maintaining accurate customer records to identify patterns and provide ongoing support

* Resolving customer complaints within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

* Guide customers on how to use a product or service effectively. For instance, provide instructions, demonstrate features, or suggest best practices to improve the customers experience.
