Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the showroom floor staff, including sales executives, greeters, and support personnel.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing customer queries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and certifications to assist staff and customers.
- Monitor sales performance and motivate the team to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs
- Ensure proper handling and security of high-value jewellery items in line with company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are neat, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishments or transfers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer relationship and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, grading, and certifications
- High ethical standards and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle luxury clientele

Job description
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom floor. This includes supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and handling the secure and efficient sale of high-value products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of luxury retail, and in-depth knowledge of fine jewellery.
