    Job Summary:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer customer questions and handle objections in a professional manner.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

    • Generate qualified leads and follow up with potential clients.

    • Record details of conversations and update customer information in the CRM system.

    • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

    • Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.


    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Confident and persuasive phone manner.

    • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.

    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).


    Preferred Skills:

    • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.

    • Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., insurance, tech, finance] is beneficial.
