Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ansible PowerShell scripting and Linux Shell Scripting along with domain . This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and deployment of automation scripts using Ansible PowerShell and Linux Shell Scripting.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the areas of infrastructure and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from potential threats.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in capacity planning and scalability efforts to support business growth.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Ensure that all infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with Ansible PowerShell scripting and Linux Shell Scripting.
- Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
- Nice to have experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
- Should have a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential infrastructure issues.
- Must be able to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
