Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Duckcreek Insurance project team
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilitating and guiding Agile Scrum processes within an organization
- This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality products
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution
- Work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and values
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering high quality solutions
