Job Description

Handling projects from conceptual, preliminary design, presentation, submission drawings, and detailed working drawings.
Co-ordination with Consultants, Vendors MEP, HVAC, and other departments.
Creating Building Designs and Highly Detailed Drawings, Using Specialist Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Applications.
Liaising with Construction Professionals About the Feasibility of Potential Projects.
Specifying the Requirements for The Project.
Writing and Presenting Reports, Proposals, Applications and Contracts.
Attending Regular Meetings with Clients, Contractors and Other Specialists.
Making Site Visits to Check on Progress of Ongoing Projects.

Coordinating the site execution activities and updating management on a periodical basis.

Vendor and Client Management

Software Skills: Extremely proficient in AUTO-CAD, SKETCH UP & V-RAY RENDERING.
Admired, Revit, 3Ds max.
