Piping Designer - Piping Engineer - Permanent @ Keshav Encon Hiring

Job Description

• Consultancy/EPC experience in Detailed Design of project for piping
• Piping Study & Layout, including Critical Lines such as Air fin Coolers, Columns & Re-boilers, Heat Exchangers, Pumps
• Equipment Modelling with Nozzle Orientation
• Piping Detailing and routing as per P&ID, Plot Plan, Equipment Layout
• Pipe Support Design & Modelling
• Supporting, clash checking and modification of lines as per stress analysis requirement
• Checking of Piping Isometrics and resolving modelling errors
• Checking & reviewing of IDC documents
• Interdisciplinary Co-ordination with internal & external Teams
• Involved in internal review and updating comments
• Generating and Checking Piping G.A. & Equipment G.A for IFC
• Clash clearing & generating clash report
• Hands on experience in Piping deliverables like Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, Piping BOQ, Piping Isometrics, Pipe Supports etc
• Added advantage: Experience in Piping Material Specification, Valves procurement, Piping detail engineering, timelines, and milestones
• Good understanding of Interdisciplinary interfaces and coordination
• Good working knowledge of engineering on 3D platform (PDMS, MicroStation, E3D, SP3D, etc.)
