Job Description

Deliver innovative, personal-relevant CRM dialog enhancing our real time, segmenting and selection capabilities for differentiated atomized story telling presenting product and brand benefits to the consumer in an interactive journey   Keep abreast of latest developments in CRM marketing including data-driven marketing, social media, mobile and new channels, platforms, methods and tactics by attending relevant user groups, webinars and conferences and disseminating this knowledge throughout the adidas Group CRM community and translating this into relevant initiatives, programs and campaigns   Ensure accurate KPI figure by reviwing monthly RFC and comparing expense vs   Validate and revise financial business case models for activities/tactics driven by the External Direct Marketing and Digital Acquisition Strategies, ensuring consistency with finance and marketing   Validate revenues and costs by creating financial business cases for externally addressed campaigns that accurately reflect true profitability   Understand Cost per Acquisition and Profitability by channel and be able to discuss with partners   Implement innovative and aggressive acquisition offers across all channels, increasing the number of new accounts, actives and balances   Manage response rates (competition, volumes), cost and profitability   Manage business as usual digital activities for Cards & Payment Solutions   Understand overall market environment and customer behaviour on various acquisition channels In reference to your job application that we have viewed on a job-site, kindly send your resume/CV to us via hidden_email
