Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various domains including sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer service, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the hiring requirements for non-IT roles across different departments
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, references, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening scheduling offer rollout onboarding
Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience

Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Graduate (Bachelors Degree); MBA in HR is a plus
Experience: 14 years of experience in non-IT recruitment (e.g., BFSI, retail, FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM is an advantage
