Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Representative to reputed broadband organization. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of telesales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our broadband services over the phone. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating new sales leads and promoting our broadband services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting and identifying potential customers.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our broadband services to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our broadband services in the market.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
