JD:

Proficient in Salesforce.com, Configuration and administration, Apex Code, Visual Force and experienced in Data Cloud.
Should have good knowledge of CRM Analytics, AI and Data Cloud related configuration.
Good communication, SNOW knowledge, Production Support skills to work in production support, work on RFCs /Projects, co-ordinate with team members,
ready to work On Call support and 2nd shift.
