Job Description

Objective (The main purpose of the position)

To handle support and functional expert globally.

Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)

1.

Responsible support issue

2. Strong understanding of Oracle applications and modules. Like Inventory / Order management / Purchasing / Work in Process / OPM (Oracle process manufacturing etc.)

3.

Perform configuration/Application setup.

4.

Perform Oracle Inventory, BoM & Pricing setups.

5. Experience in implementing Oracle solutions in a specific functional area.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9.

Training users and other consultants

10.

Should responsible configuration

11.

Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.

12.

Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

13.

Good project & time management skills ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.

14.

Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and post production support for above applications.
