Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project
goals and quality standards. Ensure effective coverage across manual, automation,
and performance testing.
Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the
testing functions efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with development teams, product managers, clients, and stakeholders to
understand requirements, set testing objectives, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Oversee execution of test plans, manage defect tracking and resolution processes,
ensuring all activities meet quality standards and deadlines.
Generate detailed test reports and metrics, communicate results to stakeholders, and
provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Allocate resources effectively, manage test environments, and ensure the team has the
tools and infrastructure needed to perform efficiently.
Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies, with proficiency
in tools such as Selenium and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
