Job Description
Role Proficiency:
Design innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs across two or more platforms under the guidance of UX Specialist/ Lead II
Outcomes:
- Take ideas and concepts and visualize them in such a way that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders partners and customers
- Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite complexity of the system
- Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions UI specifications wireframes and visual designs for projects.
- Function as part of a cross-functional design team and employ a user-centric design methodology to develop new and derivative user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate effectively with other designers UI Architect Product management and Development team.
- Assists lead to mentor and support team
- Works on moderately complex projects/tasks.
- Assists collaboration with business development research and prototyping and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions
- Collects reviews and may assist in refining client requirements.
- Communicates analysis recommendations and potential design solutions verbally and through documentation to the project team.
- Assists team to stay on top of new trends in usability.
- Assist in researching best practices in Web Desktop and Mobile application design.
- Assists team in adhering to standards and processes.
- Assists team to collect UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience.

User Research:
- Participate in user studies and research

- Independently create UX designs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions on the design by working with other stakeholders

- Document the best practices for the team members

As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products by crafting exceptional user experiences for our enterprise customers, with a particular focus on streamlining and enhancing developer workflows. Responsibilities: Lead the design of complex enterprise products and features, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by enterprise environments. This includes conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Develop a deep understanding of our users, their needs, and their workflows within enterprise environments, especially the needs and workflows of developers. Translate complex data and workflows into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your expertise in information visualization will be key in this role. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best possible user experience. Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across our products. Present design solutions clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software and a proven track record of designing intuitive and efficient developer workflows. A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design complex user interfaces, specifically within the context of enterprise applications. Proven experience in conducting user research with enterprise users and developers, and translating insights into design solutions. Expertise in information visualization and data-driven design. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A solid understanding of design systems and their application. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. A passion for creating user-centered designs that solve real-world problems. Good to Have: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience designing for accessibility. Experience with motion design and micro-interactions. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
