Job Description
SQL Developer with .Net
Location: Trivandrum, Kochi
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft SQL Developer with .Net to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL Server databases with a focus on performance, reliability, and data integrity. This role involves close collaboration with application developers and requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Improve database performance through tuning and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust security measures.
- Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports using SSRS or Crystal Reports.
- Collaborate with application developers to design integrated database solutions.
- Identify and resolve database-related issues including deadlocks and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated on the latest SQL Server features and advancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a SQL Developer.
- Exposure to .NET application development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with database design and data modelling.
- Solid understanding of database locks, deadlocks, and transaction management.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure SQL.
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or Crystal Reports.
- Background in healthcare or pharmacy domain.
