Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Fullstack Developer with expertise in developing consumer-facing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure) and be proficient in designing and implementing Microservices using Reactive patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Design and implement Microservices architecture with best practices.
- Ensure robust security, automation, and performance optimization of applications.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure to deploy applications.
- Lead and mentor developers, providing guidance on best practices and architecture decisions.
- Collaborate across teams to build efficient, high-performance solutions.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure application reliability and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of hands-on programming experience in:
- JavaScript (React.js, Node.js, Typescript)
- HTML, CSS, SASS
- Web Services (REST, GraphQL, Mocking Libraries)
- Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Microservices architecture and Reactive patterns
- Strong understanding of website security, automation, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with capacity planning, performance optimization, and system scalability.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, influencing best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in front-end performance optimization.
