Automation Lead - B2Experience - 8+ yearsMust Have Skills:Selenium Java - 4/5API [RestAssured Postman] - 3/5Appium - 3/5We are in search of a proficient Automation Engineer with substantial hands-on experience to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining automation scripts and frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to understand automation requirements, design effective automation solutions, and enhance existing processes.Key Responsibilities:Comprehensive Testing Skills: Proficient in developing tests for both frontend (UI, mobile) and backend (API, integration, component) systems.Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in programming languages such as Python and Java.Automation Expertise: Proficient in the creation, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts utilizing Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, BDD Cucumber, and RestAssured.Mobile Testing Experience: Extensive experience in mobile testing using tools like LambdaTest, BrowserStack.API Testing Skills: Proficient in API testing with tools like RestAssured and Postman.Scalable Solutions: Ensure automation solutions are scalable and reusable across different projects.Collaborative Approach: Work closely with QA analysts, developers, and business analysts to identify automation needs.Requirement and Design Participation: Participate in requirement gathering and design sessions to provide input on automation feasibility.Test Execution and Analysis: Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects.Regression Testing: Perform regression testing and validate application functionality.CI/CD Integration: Proficient in working with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or ADO etc..Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving automation processes and tools.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in automation testing.Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and processes.Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Job Classification
