Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Testing Practice Lead/Architect to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives and elevate our testing capabilities. This is a strategic leadership role where you will define and drive the overall testing strategy, lead a team of skilled QA professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Mandatory Skillset
These are core requirements critical to the role:
Leadership & Strategy
Proven experience in a leadership role within a software testing environment
Ability to develop and execute a testing strategy
Experience building and managing high-performing testing teams
Testing Methodologies & Tools
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies (TDD, BDD, etc.)
Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
Familiarity with API testing
Experience with microservices testing
Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Process & Quality Assurance
Ability to implement and optimize testing standards, processes, and methodologies
Experience driving test planning, execution, and reporting
Proficiency in quality assurance and risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skillset
These add value but are not essential:
Experience with performance testing tools and strategies
Knowledge of security testing practices
Familiarity with emerging testing technologies and trends
Experience leading multiple PODs or distributed teams
Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role
Exposure to enterprise-scale systems or large transformation programs
